IFOTES (International Federation of Telephone Emergency Services) and TelefonSeelsorge in Germany are happy to invite you to the city of Aachen and the 20th IFOTES Congress. Use this APP to be up to date with the latest congress programme. July 2016 will see the twentieth IFOTES Congress - Experts from all parts of the world will be contributing their skills and expertise, with presentations and workshops given by academics and practitioners from the fields of psychology, sociology, philosophy, personality development and communication research. Each day of the congress will have its own thematic focus: Day 1 Why does it help to talk and to be listened to? Day 2 How should I listen and ask questions? Day 3 To continue to live after a dramatic loss? IFOTES and TelefonSeelsorge in Germany are delighted to welcome you to Aachen in July 2016.
